Shipping

Mimpikita processes orders before 11am (GMT+8) for shipping on Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays and other off day for our Bangsar store, this info will be shared via our social media. Orders received on after 11am, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via our shipping partner. We charge a shipping flat rate of RM9.00 (West Malaysia) and RM15.00 (East Malaysia).

After your purchase is completed and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. 

Please note us at sales@mimpikita.com.my within 14 working days if you still do not receive your parcel after you receive an email containing your tracking information for our investigation. 

International Shipping
