Can I exchange my purchased RTW item?
Yes, of course! Exchange is allowed within 7 days upon date of order(s) received stated in our courier system. However, it will be subjected to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I exchange to another colour/size if I didn’t like my purchased item?
Exchange of size/colour is ONLY allowable for product(s) within the same design and subject to availability.
Can I exchange a sale item?
No, items offered during a sale OR price reduced items strictly do not qualify for exchange nor refunds.
Do we need to provide receipt of purchase during exchange/refund?
Yes, please! We encourage that you bring your receipt for exchange or refund requests. Unfortunately, requests without receipts (in-store purchase) or order invoices (online purchase) will not be entertained.
Do I have to pay for the delivery fee?
Yes, customers will have to bear the cost for delivery fee, before our team proceeds to send a new exchanged item.
Can I refund over the counter?
Unfortunately, no. All refund requests must be submitted through our Customer Service team. To initiate a request, please contact Customer Service with your transaction details, including the order/reference number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on the process and any required documentation.

Can I return the item(s) I have purchased?
Yes, we will be more than happy to assist you! Refunds are accepted within 7 days upon date of order(s) received stated in our courier system. However, it will be subjected to our Terms & Conditions.
How do I request for a refund?
In the event that you need to refund an item, please contact our Customer Service team here, and wait for a confirmation email before returning the parcel. We will process the refund request up to 14 working days after the refunded parcel reaches our store. Customers will have to pay the delivery fee for all refund requests, otherwise the refund will not be processed accordingly
How will the refund be made?
Please take note that all refund requests will be refunded through Store Credit only. This is applicable to both purchases made at all outlets and on our website.
What are the exchange exclusions?
Please take note that all Bespoke, sales items, accessories and lifestyle items cannot be refunded, exchanged or refunded. To exchange or refund, please ensure that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags intact.
Can I refund my Bespoke order?
No, made-to-measure products do not qualify for exchange nor refunds. However, we will provide alteration service to customer satisfaction.
Can I cancel my Bespoke order?
Yes, bespoke orders can be cancelled before sewing process begin. When your order has been process to sewing the 50% deposit payment paid is non-refundable for cancellation.
