What is #TheKitaRewards?
The Kita Rewards is a loyalty program specially curated and designed for all of our #TheKitaGirls to enjoy and when you shop with us. Simply sign up to be our Dreamer, and get rewarded with Dreams (‘points’) when you shop with us. The more you shop, the more dreams you’ll earn. As simple as that!
How do I join #TheKitaRewards?
You can sign up online, or at any of our flagship stores. Our program is free with no minimum spending amount required to sign up to be a Dreamer!
What benefits do Dreamers get?
Our #TheKitaRewards program benefits vary depending on your Dreamer tier status. You can find more details on each tier in the chart above. As long as you are signed up with our #TheKitaRewards program, all of our Dreamers will enjoy birthday treats and sign up Dreams.
How is my Dreamer tier status determined?
Your Dreamer tier status is determined by how much you spend annually at mimpikita.com.my or Mimpikita’s flagship store with the email address you signed up with.
Will my dreams expire every year?
Good news, your Dreams will simply roll over to next year! The only thing that changes is your tier level if you don’t meet the minimum spend amount per year.
Do all purchases count for dreams?
Any eligible purchases made at our online store: mimpikita.com.my or at our flagship Mimpikita’s store will be accounted for as Dreams.
How do I redeem my dreams?
It’s really simple! Here is a breakdown: For every RM1.00 you spend on eligible purchases, you’ll earn (01) Dream. Collect enough Dreams and convert them into Rewards. Every 1000 Dreams = RM20 in-store credit. E.g.: You have 5000 Dreams, you’re eligible to convert it to RM100 in-store credit to be redeemed on future purchases. If you’re unsure about your Dreams, don’t be shy to ask for help, our team members will be more than happy to assist you!
Where can I see my Dreams, Rewards and Tier information?
Simply register and sign into your account at our website: mimpikita.com.my and you will see all of your Dreams, Rewards and Tier information located under your My Account page.
What happens when I return/refund/exchange items?
In the unfortunate event of returns/refunds/exchanges, any Dreams earned from the purchase will not be reimbursed.
Can I combine purchases from multiple accounts into a single account?
Unfortunately you cannot combine purchases made from different accounts into one :( We encourage all of our #KitaGirls to make all their purchases under a single account associated with one email address to ensure that all your eligible purchases collect and earn Dreams!
