Can I pick up the orders from Mimpikita’s store if I purchased something from the website?

Yes, of course! Our Kita Girls may opt for the ‘Collect In-Store’ option during check-out at no additional cost.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

For ‘Collect In-Store’ orders, all orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours before it’s ready to go back home with you!

Do I need to wait for an email or can I walk in without receiving an order confirmation notification?

Once your ‘Collect In-Store’ order has been processed, we will send you an email notifying that your order is ready to be collected! We kindly request that all our Kita Girls wait for their order confirmation email before visiting our stores, as pick ups without email notification may not be fulfilled as products may still be in transit from our warehouse.

Can I exchange my ‘Collect In-Store’ items or do I have to email first?

Yes, you may exchange the item purchased right away (subject to Terms and Conditions), but please take note that exchanges are subject to availability.

What if I have not received my order confirmation notification email after 48-hours from the date of purchase?

Fret not! You may contact our team at sales@mimpikita.com.my or call our store 03-22018059 for confirmation.
