Store Credit is ‘money’ in MYR credited into your Mimpikita account after every successful return or reimbursement transaction. It can be used to buy other goods at our website and/or at our flagship store. You may exchange merchandise or receive Store Credit in the amount of the item’s last purchase price.

Our Store Credits validity may vary depending on the reason for the transaction. Here is an average duration breakdown of our Store Credit:

Return orders - (06) months valid,

Refund orders - (12) months valid. .

In any case of return or refund, our team will provide you with a unique code which you may use during check out on your next purchase with us either on our website or at our flagship store. All purchases made using Store Credit are final and not eligible for Exchange and/or Return.

Unfortunately no, as all of our Store Credits are final and not eligible for exchange to cash or transfer to another person as the credit will be registered under one customer’s email address only.
