Mimpikita accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Paypal (International Credit Card and Payment) and credit card via iPay88. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Mimpikita will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with 4-digit order number e.g #1234 upon successful transaction.

A submitted order is considered an agreement to the general terms of sale and any other conditions listed on this site, including the privacy policy and the return policy.

Mimpikita reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within two (2) business day of purchase.



Mimpikita processes orders before 2 pm (GMT+8) for shipping on Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays and other off day for our Bangsar store, this info will be shared via our social media. Orders received on after 2 pm, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via NinjaVan MY. We charge a shipping flat rate of RM9.00 (West Malaysia) and RM12.00 (East Malaysia).

After your purchase is completed and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on NinjaVan's official tracking webpage.

Please note us at sales@mimpikita.com.my within 14 working days if you still do not receive your parcel after you receive an email containing your tracking information for our investigation.

If the items you have ordered did not fit you, you may return them within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for an exchange with other size. 

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Final discount / Sale items do not qualify for return.

Exchanges will not be processed until your returned item has been checked into our physical store. For further inquiries on our exchange policy, you may contact our staff by emailing sales@mimpikita.com.my



Please note we will refund your defective items in seven (7) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the physical store. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Mimpikita right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) but not your delivery charges. Final discount / Sale items do not qualify for refund.

Mimpikita reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Mimpikita recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for Mimpikita is for the sole purpose and use of Mimpikita.


P R O D U C T   C A R E

Mimpikita uses only the highest quality fabrics. However, due to their delicate nature, garment care instructions must be followed. Garments particularly intricate or delicate may have special dry-cleaning requirements. We recommend you use only a trusted and reputable dry-cleaner for all your Mimpikita pieces. Treat your Mimpikita pieces with care and love!
