RTW Designer

Job Description

• Produce collection for the brand's signature and diffusion line.
• Prepare mood, fabric, colour and storyboard for different collection.
• Provide detailed technical drawings/tech packs for pattern maker and manufacturer.
• Liaise with manufacturers (local and foreign) regarding samples, fabric orders, etc.
• Assist patternmaker in producing in-house samples, from patternmaking to construction.
• Assist textile designer in providing digitalize pattern pieces for print placement.
• Assist marketing team in regards to photoshoot (outfit planning, on-site assistance, etc).
• Work closely with the merchandiser.
• Perform quality control on samples.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Fine Arts, or a college degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to create hand-drawn sketches.
• Strong design and conceptual skills.
• Excellent sense of style and colour.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
