Retail Assistant (Part-Time - Bangsar Store)

Job Descriptions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage point-of-sale purchases
• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Actively involves in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up product knowledge
• Assisting daily orders packing
• Any ad-hoc duties require by superior including functional responsibilities and special tasks

 

Requirements

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Preferably experience working in a fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic administration skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Works
