I received a defective item, what do I do?

Oh no! We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused! Please fill up our Exchange and Return Form and we will assist you on getting a replacement as soon as possible.

I received a different item/size from what I ordered, how can I exchange?

Again, we apologise for the shortcomings from our side! Please fill up our Exchange and Return Form so that we can arrange for an exchange soonest!

One item is missing from my order! Kindly advise.

We always encourage our Kita Girls to always check your parcel as soon as you receive it. In the unfortunate event that an item is missing from your order, please alert our team by filling out the Return & Exchange Form and we will sort it out as soon as possible!
