Exchange and Refund Procedure
- Customers who wish to exchange or refund their orders will need to initiate the request by emailing us at sales@mimpikita.com.my OR Whatsapp us.
- Customers will need to raise the request for exchange or refund via one communication channel only, as stated above (Email or Whatsapp)
- Our Customer Careline will respond to your initial request as soon as possible, within 1 working day
- Any exchange or refund request will be entertained after customer has received their order(s)
- Customers are only allowed to request for exchange or refund within 7 days of order(s) received date. Request made upon order(s) placed will not be entertained.
- Customers are limited to ONE exchange OR refund request per order number.
