What payment gateway options are available at Mimpikita?

We accept payment through the following platforms: iPay88 for debit and credit cards (locally issued Malaysian cards only), PayPal, RELY, Grab, Store Credits and Kita Reward Dreams.

I cannot proceed with the payment as there is an error with the payment method that I have selected. Please advise.

Why is my promo code not working?

 

Below are several reasons why your promo code may not be working:

- Promo code has expired,

- Promo code is subject to Terms and Conditions,

- The items selected are excluded from the Promo Code.

I forgot to use my Promo Code during check out! Can I get a cashback?

Unfortunately discount codes cannot be applied to an already successful order. While we do not provide any cash back reimbursements, you may still use your promo code on your next purchase! (Subject to Terms and Conditions)

What is Store Credit and how do I use it?

Store Credits is ‘money’ in MYR credited into your Mimpikita account after every successful return or reimbursement transaction. Your Store Credit may be used during check out on your next purchase with us. Please keep in mind that the validity period for Store Credits may vary depending on the reason for the transaction.

Are purchases made with Store Credits eligible for refund/exchange?

Exchanges or returns for such purchases may be returned, however it will be subjected to our Terms and Conditions
