Job Description

• Handle all online platform orders
• Handle stock takes on all platforms
• Distribute stocks for every channel
• Make sure all stocks/filing are in order
• Check and conduct quality control on all stocks
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
• Update availability of stocks on weekly basis
• Report on defect items
• Report in case of missing items
• Prepare items for exchange requests by customers
• Report stationaries/packaging items availability on monthly basis
• Have flexible availability that supports the needs of the business

Requirements:

• Any warehouse experience in Retail industries is acceptable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the product development process
• Detail-oriented, organised and methodical
• Energetic, comfortable with focusing on repetitive works
• Preferably: Male
• Duration : Mid January – Mid April
