Responsibilities

• Update sales report 
• Preparing product pages
• Ensure online orders are in correct term
• Maintaining the product arrangement on Shopify 
• Preparing the website for launching 
• Processing online orders - prepare order invoices/prepare CN/packing orders/ QC each item to be packed/ preparing boxes for packaging.
• Updating monthly sales report
• Updating refund report
• Liaise with Marketing on product sold report - buying patterns.
• Managing customer service 
• Liaising with courier services for parcel deliveries
• Preparing production template for all sales channel
• Ensuring all packing materials are adequate and reported when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Operation/Retail or a related field of study.
• 1 year of operation experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possessed a vehicle.
