Responsibilities:
Gather and process payroll on monthly basis;
Statutory payment submission on monthly basis;
Arranging interview, coordinating hiring efforts and onboarding new employee;
Update internal database with new hire information;
Prepare report and presentation on Human Resources related
Update Company Policies, post out memo, daily rooster;
Maintain physical and digital personnel records;
Respond to employees’ queries on Human Resources related;
Publish payslip on monthly basis;
Any general HR & Admin task;
Any ad hoc from Management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in any course related to Human Resources;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Works;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English;
Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Meticulous, detailed-oriented, organized and methodical.
