1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
3. Manage point-of-sale purchases
4. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
5. Actively involves in the receiving of new shipments
6. Keep up product knowledge
7. Assisting daily orders packing
8. Any ad-hoc duties require by superior including functional responsibilities and special tasks
Requirements
1. Proven working experience in retail sales
2. Preferably experience working in a fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
3. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
4. Customer service focus
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Basic administration skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Works
